Our supplements are formulated for daily use. However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

Do your essential oils contain additives?
No. Our essential oils are 100% pure with no synthetic additives, fillers, or carriers.

📦 Orders

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us at support@wellnessroot.com as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) where available.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery takes 2–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000.
